Congratulations to those who are accepted to the 2016 Trilateral Cooperation Youth Forum!

Here's the guide for registration and transportation that you can refer to:

Registration

All participants of Trilateral Cooperation Youth Forum 2016 must arrive at Korea National Diplomatic Academy (KNDA), where the opening ceremony will take place, by 12:50.

All participants must report to the registration desk at the 1st floor of KNDA in order to complete the registration process and get seats assigned.

Departure

OnOn Monday, 15 August 2016, the Closing Ceremony of the forum will end around 13:00 at Kyung Hee University Global Campus. Therefore, those taking airplanes for departure must consider the approximate duration time from Kyung Hee University Global Campus to an airport.

Airfare

Airfare will be covered for those with Chinese or Japanese nationality, travelling from China or Japan. Please make sure to keep you e-ticket itinerary and receipt as proof to process travel reimbursements.

Airfare will be reimbursed up to a limit of KRW 350,000. (Approx. CNY 2,000 ㅣ JPY 34,000)

Health Insurnace

International students are required to have their own health coverage and must provide proof form the insurance company. Please make sure you understand exactly what your insurance plan covers when travelling overseas.  Please review your policy carefully so that you are aware of benefit, frequencies, limitation, and/or restrictions.
